Common questions
An episode stalls or stops partway through
Episode files are hosted by the podcast, not by LISTND, and some hosts expire their audio links after a while. Close the player and reopen the episode to pull a fresh link. If it keeps stopping at the same point, send the episode name and roughly where it cuts out.
I cannot sign in
Make sure the device is online, then close and reopen the app. If sign in still fails, email the address above with the account you are trying to use and the sign in method, and it can be sorted manually.
A podcast or episode is missing
Search covers public podcast feeds, so shows that are private, paywalled or newly published can take time to appear. Send the show name and its website and it can be added.
How do I delete my account
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete account. This removes the profile, listening history, lists and notes permanently. If the app will not open, email the address above from the email address on the account and the deletion will be handled directly.
Something is broken
Bug reports are welcome. Including a few details makes a fix much faster: device model, iOS version, app version from the bottom of the Settings screen, what you tapped just before it happened, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
