Everything about the Listnd app

How do I get started?

After you create an account with your Apple ID at Listnd, you will have to log into your Spotify account in the settings area. Logging into you Spotify account will enable the app to add tracks to your playlists.

How do I know which playlist is the current playlist?

At the bottom in the swipe view, click on the playlist name and from there you will be able to create a new playlist in spotify or choose from ones that you already have. 

How does the music preview feature work?

The music preview feature allows you to listen to short previews of tracks from various playlists. You can simply swipe right if you like a track and want to add it to your Spotify playlist, or swipe left if you're not interested.

Can I search for specific playlists in the app?

Yes, you can! Our app provides a search function that enables you to discover and explore playlists of your choice. This way, you can easily find playlists that match your musical preferences.

What happens after I add a track to my Spotify playlist?

Once you swipe right and add a track to your Spotify playlist, it will be automatically synced with your Spotify account. You can find and enjoy the full track on Spotify whenever you like.

What are coins, and how can I use them to promote songs?

Coins are in-app currency that you can purchase. With coins, you can promote specific songs, which will be shown randomly to other users during their swiping experience. It's a great way to get your favorite songs noticed!

Is my personal information safe in the app?

Absolutely! We take privacy and security seriously. We don't share your data with third parties without your consent. For more details, please check our Privacy Policy.

Can I undo a swipe if I accidentally swiped left or right?

Unfortunately, once you've swiped left or right on a track, it cannot be undone. We encourage you to be attentive while swiping to ensure you don't miss out on any great music! You will have to play the playlist again or, please write to us if feature to undo swipe is desired. 

Are there any limitations on how many tracks I can preview in a day?

There is no daily limit on the number of music previews you can listen to, it's designed to give you a consistent and enjoyable experience. There might be a limit in the future based on user feedback and app performance.

Do you offer customer support if I encounter any issues?

Absolutely! We would love to help, there is no dedicated customer support team but we will do our best to answer as soon as possible with any questions or concerns you may have.

Can I connect with my friends on the app and see what they're swiping on?

While we currently don't have a direct social feature for connecting with friends, but you can send songs that you like wit a caption to friends that are on the app. Please write to us what social features would be cool in the app.
